Web + Social
Multimedia & Digital Production
My digital work spans multimedia storytelling, interactive experiences and editorial strategy. From websites and social campaigns to multimedia features and brand design, I help shape stories for digital audiences across platforms.
Here are some examples:

San Francisco Chronicle
Newsroom + Multimedia Producer

As a digital producer at the San Francisco Chronicle, I edit the website and mobile app presentation for SFChronicle.com, balancing strong news judgment with audience strategy and SEO best practices. Responsibilities include curating homepage and section pages, writing and sending breaking news alerts, coordinating social and newsletter promotion, optimizing headlines and story packaging for search and engagement, plus collaborating with editors on high-impact presentation. I also produce short-form video and visual assets for social platforms, and support digital storytelling projects by troubleshooting on-page design issues to ensure smooth, engaging experiences. I also contributed across the Chronicle’s full slate of audio programming as a producer and sound engineer.

Social
I design and produce social storytelling for breaking news and enterprise coverage, translating newsroom reporting into platform-first formats. My work has helped strengthen the brand’s social presence through template design and audience-focused writing. In the first six months implementing my updated designs and streamlined workflow, the brand’s main Instagram account grew its following by nearly 20%, generated more than 6.4 million content interactions, and drove nearly 1 million link clicks. Here are some samples:

Becoming Bruco
Reporter + Multimedia Producer
Becoming Bruco is a multimedia enterprise project produced in 2015 and published in 2016 as an honors thesis for Barrett, The Honors College and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.
Through immersive, documentary-style storytelling, the project explores the traditions and identity of La Nobil Contrada del Bruco — one of the city of Siena's historic districts — examining what it means to belong to a community shaped by ritual and history.
Reporting and interviews were conducted in both Italian and English. In addition to writing the accompanying thesis, I designed the website, producing original photography, video and interactive media elements to create a long-form digital story experience.
While the original website address is archived, the content is fully preserved as part of my portfolio.

Balkan Bridges
Associate Producer + Instructor

This U.S. Department of State–funded documentary and multimedia journalism initiative connected student reporters and regional partners across the Balkans to produce cross-border coverage of the Syrian refugee crisis. The project combined documentary production with the development of an interactive web platform to feature stories on displacement, economics and resilience.
As an associate producer and web designer, I supported field production on the ground in both the Balkans and U.S., helped develop the project’s digital platform and contributed to multimedia story planning. Working alongside fellow Cronkite master’s student Bailey Netsch, we also served as advisors for participating teams, helping guide workflows and production across countries.

Rare Violins of New York
Website + Media Consultant
I provide website and media consulting for Rare Violins of New York, an internationally respected firm in the classical music world. Previously, I built an interim website that served the company for nearly two years, migrating existing content to a new CMS and establishing an updated digital foundation. I also served as a consultant during the company’s full website overhaul led by Pentagram, the world-renowned design firm. Currently, my work includes supporting communications through content development, social media assets and ad design.
